The foldable stage which can be removed from its means of transport (2) is, in its folded position, in the shape of a caisson insulated from the outside, made from the floor (6) of the stage. The floor is composed of a central part and two movable parts articulated about hinges which when folded form the lateral sides of the caisson and a part of the caisson roof. The caisson completely encloses the framework when folded. The framework is composed from four beams each comprising a mast (19) and a nacelle (14) which can move vertically on the mast by means of an electrical hoist (7). The framework has a central beam (15) supported by two porticos (8) and is connected to the nacelles by crosspieces (16).
