A method and a set for radioactive marking the antibody conjugated with complexon or fragment of antibody with radioactive isotope 90Y, which provide obtaining radioactive marked antibody or fragment of antibody, having radioactive inclusion more than 95 %, sufficient specific activity and bonding specificity of at least 50 % and can be incorporated directly to patient without preliminary purification.
