<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time card equipped with a constitution capable of automating the totalizing work of the same and a totalizing process system for the time card. SOLUTION: A paper 2 is defined into three division pieces 4a, 4b, 4c continued left-and-right through folding lines 3 to specify the surface of the central division piece 4a as a first recording surface 5a and specify either one of the surfaces of the division pieces 4b, 4c positioned at left and right sides or the surface of the division piece 4b as a second recording surface 5b. The other division piece 4c is specified so as to be a folding piece 6 and both left-and-right side division pieces 4b, 4c are folded at respective folding lines 3 so that the folding piece 6 is folded into the inside of the pieces 4b, 4c through respective folding lines 3 to superpose the same on the division piece 4a while a time is recorded on the first and second recording surfaces by a time recorder and, thereafter, the folded left-and-right division pieces 4b, 4c are opened whereby time information of one month, recorded on both recording surfaces 5a, 5b, can be read at one time by an optical reading device 18.</p> |
