PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating method using waste disposal to vary a thermoelectric ratio of power generating quantity and steam quantity in accordance with load variation as well as to increase the power generating quantity by attempting further effective use of energy. SOLUTION: The power generating method using the waste disposal comprises comprises demineralizing water produced from waste in the middle of drying in a waste pretreatment system 18 in a water treatment system 19, vaporizing the demineralized water by using waste heat of gas in a gas cooler boiler 30, and supplying steam to at least one of a burner 37 and a process system.
