PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security at the time of distributing a database through a network, and to effectively prevent the database from being unauthorizedly distributed or used by checking not only the validity of the destination of distribution to which a request for distribution is issued but also the validity of the request issued within a designated time or from a designated place designated at the destination of distribution at the time of distributing the database through a network. SOLUTION: A server device 1 checks whether or not the destination of distribution to which a request for distribution is issued is the preliminarily decided normal destination of distribution, and checks whether or not the request is issued within a designated time zone or from a designated place which is preliminarily designated at the destination of distribution side. When the request is issued to the legal destination of distribution, and the request is issued within the legal time zone or from the legal place, the data base is distributed to terminal equipment 2 at the destination of distribution. |
