This invention discloses a novel peptide-Human myosin heavy chain 12-14, polynucleotide coding this peptide and the method producing this peptide by DNA recombination techniques. This invention also discloses the therapeutical methods with this peptide for several diseases, such as PWS, AS, Klinefelter syndrome and some kinetic illness, inflammations, et al. This invention also discloses and antagonist against this peptide and its therapeutical effect. The invention also discloses the use of this polynucleotide coding the novel human myosin heavy chain 12-14.
