PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cushion capable of efficiently manufacturing a cushion having good gas permeability, to provide the cushion having the good gas permeability, good sitting feeling and a difficulty in moisturizing, and to further provide the cushion capable of solving a problem of low recyclability of a disadvantage of a conventional cushion made of a foamed urethane. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cushion comprises a step of injecting a thermoplastic polymer material in a strand-like state in a mold from a plurality of injection orifices 24 inclined at a discharge angle 5 to 45 deg. to a vertical direction by using an injection molding machine with the plurality of injection orifices, and a step of releasing the molding from the mold after cooling the mold. |
