The invention relates to a tubular membrane module for separating substances, comprising tubular membranes (2), combined to a bundle of tubes, having even lateral walls (3), and a pressure sensor (6), having even inner surfaces (7), on the periphery of the bundle of tubes. When the permeate is discharged centrally, a pressure body (8) having a permeate channel (9) and level outer surfaces is disposed in the interior of the bundle of tubes. The level lateral walls (3) rest against the level lateral walls of neighboring tubular membranes (3) or against the level inner surfaces of the pressure sensor (6) and optionally against the level outer surfaces of the pressure body (8) via a porous drainage layer (5). Said drainage layer is adapted to transport the permeate and is compression-proof so as to receive pressure forces. In addition to the advantages of the tubular membranes known from the art, the inventive tubular membrane module can be produced with considerably reduced effort and allows for a substantially improved separation capacity due to the high packing density. |
