PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured connector cap that can contain a sufficient quantity of a bactericide to prevent contamination. SOLUTION: This invention is the connector cap that is attached to a medical connector. A holding part is formed in one end of the connector cap and another end is formed as a cylindrical hollow part having a screw on the surface. A septum (elastic septum) that has a slit is equipped in the opening end of the hollow part and a bactericide impregnated part consisting of a sponge like material impregnated with the bactericide is provided in the lumen of the hollow part. A barrier member that stops flowing route of the connector is formed in a lumen knocking part of the hollow part. |
