<p>PURPOSE:To produce a resin coated aluminum plated steel plate capable of press working without lubricant and usable for heat resistant use after working. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate is produced by subjecting a plated layer of an aluminum plated steel plate or a zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel plate to chromate treatment and forming a resin coating film, which is made by incorporating 0.6-2wt.% carnauba wax in a resin system obtained by incorporating 10-30wt.% isocyanate resin or 10-30wt.% phenol resin as a curing agent in an acrylic grafted epoxy resin by 0.5-5g/m<2> coating weight thereon. As a result, the coated steel plate capable of press working without using lubricant and usable in a heated atmosphere up to 200 deg.C is obtained.</p> |
