PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like pack capable of sufficiently preventing the exudation of moisture, etc., from an adhesive mass to a support irrespective of a high moisture content in an adhesive mass layer and excellent in adhesion of the adhesive mass layer to the support and further feeling of use without inhibiting the excellent flexibility possessed by the adhesive mass layer with the support. SOLUTION: This sheet-like pack is characterized in that the pack has the support and the adhesive mass layer laminated onto the support, the adhesive mass layer comprises a water-soluble polymer in an amount of 5-15 mass % based on the mass of the adhesive mass layer, a polyhydric alcohol in an amount of 5-20 mass %; based on the mass of the adhesive mass layer and water in an amount of 65-90 mass % based on the mass of the adhesive mass layer, the mass ratio of the water-soluble polymer to the polyhydric alcohol is within the range of (1:3) to (1:1) and the support comprises a nonwoven fabric having 60-110 m2/g weight, 0.4-0.9 mm thickness and 20-70 N/50 mm breaking strength.
