PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold which can be easily installed on the job site by utilizing ladders. SOLUTION: J-type parts 2 formed from aluminum pipe members are connected together with a spring attached in the middle portion in a flexible manner at erected and inverted positions thereby making a long C-shaped member. Two C-shaped members are placed in parallel and connected with arm parts 5, thereby forming hooks 2. The arm parts are fixed to the C-shaped member through an angle regulating mechanism to make them horizontal regardless of the angle of the ladder leaned against the wall. The hook 2 is hooked to two steps of the ladder and fixed by the spring force, the arms are held horizontally by the angle regulating mechanism, a long board is placed over two ladders and the scaffold is formed by two ladders. The scaffold can be placed at the inner side or the outer side of the ladders.
