PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current-carrying grease prelubricated bearing furnished doubly with a current-carrying property and high temperature durability and especially favourable as a support bearing of a fixed part roll. SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 3 is furnished with an inner wing 3a fitted on an outer periphery of a shaft end part of a heating roll 16a, an outer ring 3b to be fitted on an inner periphery of a housing 2, a plural number of balls 3c interposed between a raceway surface 3al of the inner ring 3a and a raceway surface 3b1 of the outer ring 3b, a holder 3d to hole the balls 3c with circumferential specified intervals, a seal 3e to seal a bearing inner part and current- carrying grease 3f sealed in the bearing inside. The current-carrying grease 3f uses is made by using fluorine oil for base oil and blending specified quantity of carbon black as a thickening agent. |
