PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coarse-aggregate-mixed, high-toughness, fiber-reinforced concrete that is reinforced with fiber which has a 6-60 mm fiber length and a 5-300μfiber diameter and is considered to be hardly mixed in a conventional production process of a coarse-aggregate-mixed concrete product, and has high flexural strength, high compressive strength, high toughness and excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced concrete comprises a mix obtained by mixing a concrete mixture consisting of cement (C), fine aggregate (S), coarse aggregate (G), etc., with reinforcing fiber and a sufficient amount of blast- furnace slag fine powder (Sg) to provide a 40-60 vol.% ratio of the slag fine powder to the cement (C). This production process comprises mixing the above constituent material including water, together in their respective amounts sufficient to provide a 600-700 kg/m3 unit weight of the total of cementitious materials (C+Sg), a 55-70 vol.% fine aggregate ratio (S/S+G) and a 35-60 wt.% water-cementitious material ratio (water/C), so as to disperse and mix the fiber into the other constituent materials.
