PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move a pillow 6 up and down (back and forth) on a front part mat 2 without any manual aid. SOLUTION: In this bed system, a pillow base 4 slidable in the up-and-down (back-and-forth) direction of the front part mat 2 along the surface of the front part mat 2 is provided, the pillow 6 is attachably and detachably provided on the pillow base 4 and a hip part mat 13 is provided on the lower (rear) part of the front part mat 2. The pillow base 4 is moved up and down (back and forth) corresponding to the up-and-down (back-and-forth) movement of the hip part mat 13.
