<p>PURPOSE: A method for producing cisapride is provided, thereby producing cisapride in high yield at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing cisapride comprises the steps of: reacting the compound of formula(1) with 1,3-dibromo propane to produce spiro compound of formula(2); removing amine protecting group from the compound of formula(2) to produce the compound of formula(3); reacting the compound of formula(3) with 4-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxy benzoic acid, 1-(3-(dimethylamino)propyl)-3- ethylcarbodiimide(EDCI), and 1-hydroxy benzotriazol(HOBT) to produce the compound of formula(4); and alkylating the compound of formula(4) with 4-fluorophenol to produce the compound of formula(I).</p> |
