PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor and a refrigerating system maintaining reliability even while using R32 which can prevent global warming. SOLUTION: A compressing portion 2 compresses a wet gas composed essentially of R32, thus making the rate of temperature rise of discharged gas relatively small, and preventing degradation of resin parts and a lubricating oil. Because the lubricating oil 9 is collected in a high pressure region within a casing 1 filled with a high-pressure discharged gas of relatively high temperature, the temperature of the lubricating oil 9 will not be lowered in excess even if the refrigerant taken in is a wet gas of low temperature, so that dissolving of the refrigerant into the lubricating oil 9 is prevented and dilution of the lubricating oil 9 by the refrigerant is also prevented to secure lubricating performance. Because the refrigerant taken in through an intake pipe 11 is not directly applied to the sliding parts of the compressing portion 2 lubricated with the lubricating oil, the refrigerant composed of the wet gas will not wash away the lubricating oil.
