PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent coming-off of a plate due to conveyance before a transmission is connected so as to improve an assembling property. SOLUTION: In this transmission case connecting part structure constituted by providing the plate between a block side connection face and a pan side connection face of a cylinder block of an engine and an oil pan and a clutch side connection face of a clutch housing of the transmission to connect the transmission to the engine with a connection bolt, a fixing bolt attaching the plate to either of the cylinder block and the oil pan while the plate is made in contact with the block side connection face and the pan side connection face before the transmission is connected to the engine is provided, and a relief part avoiding the interference of the fixing bolt with a bolt head part is provided on the clutch side connection face.
