The invention concerns an implant (2) designed to receive a marker, comprising a body (8), a first jaw (16) integral with said body, a second jaw (44) mobile relative to said body and means for moving (38) said second jaw (44) from a position spaced from the first jaw (16) towards a position closer to said first jaw (16), said moving means (38) capable of being actuated by a setting instrument (4) detachable with respect to said implant, said implant (2) further comprising means (24, 36) for removably fixing a support (6) of said marker. Said implant, once it has been fixed on a bone part, has very reduced space requirement. |
