VERTICAL ROLLER GRINDER AND METHOD FOR REPLACING GRINDING ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical roller grinder capable of efficiently performing the replacing work of an abraded part for a short time and a method for replacing the abraded part of the vertical roller grinder. SOLUTION: A pressure cylinder 5 is attached to the upper part of the vertical roller grinder and an inspection door and a roller feed in and out device 20 are arranged at every place corresponding to each of the grinding roller 3 of a housing 1 and the attaching position and shape of the roller feed in and out device 20 are set so as not to obstruct the feed in and out work of a grinding segment 6 after each grinding roller 3 is detached. By this constitution, the rising and falling of a pressure frame 13 can be performed using the pressure cylinder 5 and the detachment and attachment works of the grinding roller can be parallelly performed at the same time and a process for performing the detachment and attachment works of the roller feed in and out device 20 before and after the replacing work of the grinding segment can be omitted.
