PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast contents decision device that can dynamically decide or revise broadcast contents and a broadcast time for actual broadcasting according to a newest evaluation by viewers obtained during on-air or just after the broadcasting and a policy of contents servers, and to provide a broadcast contents decision method, its recording medium and a broadcast system. SOLUTION: The broadcast system is provided with a DTV terminal 110 having a viewer's evaluation entry section 115 that receives the evaluation by viewers about the broadcast contents during on-air or just after the broadcasting and with a broadcast server 150 having a viewer's evaluation analysis section 155 that statistically analyzes the viewer's evaluation sent from the DTV terminal 110 via a communication network, and a broadcast advertisement decision section 161 that decides broadcast contents actually broadcast on the basis of the analysis result analyzed by the viewer's evaluation analysis section 155 and the policy of a broadcast contents provider (sponsor or the like) with respect to the broadcast contents such as advertisements or the like.
