PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape that can exhibit excellent adhesion properties and excellent adhesive force to a structural member such as a floor plate or a decorative plate having a surface layer comprising a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: This double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape is produced by forming, on at least one side of a support, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which comprises as main components an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 5-90 pts.wt. isoalkyl acrylate having a 9-18C isoalkyl group and 5-50 pts.wt. olefin polymer having a polymerizable unsaturated double bond at its end per 100 pts.wt. alkyl acrylate having a 2-8C alkyl group, and is used for securing a structural member having a surface layer comprising 50-100 wt.% polyolefin resin.
