PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of an external discharge pipe in building facilities for water use section having no hindrance against renewal of the building facilities for water use section. SOLUTION: In the joint structure of an external drain pipe for building facilities for water use section, a drain pipe of the building facilities for water use section is connected to the external drain pipe projected from a room wall through a socket. A detachable part is arranged between an connection part of the socket to the external drain pipe and a connection part of the drain pipe of the building facilities for water use section.
