<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the electrical insulation in the piping structure for connecting a car body to a working device provided at a tip of a boom. SOLUTION: A working bench is provided at a tip of a boom 3 having the electrical insulating performance and arranged on a car body of a traveling vehicle freely to hoist, and telescope. A cable bear (registered trademark) 12 to be drawn into/out with the boom when the boom is drawn into/out is arranged along the boom 3, and a piping 20 for connecting a car body to a working device is arranged in the cable bear 12 so as to be drawn into/out with the cable bear. A connecting member 15 forming a tip of the cable fear 12 is formed of two connecting plates 15a and 15b made of the insulating material and arranged in right and left so as to be vertically extended.</p> |
