METHOD OF REMOVING BITUMINOUS MATERIAL SPRAYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bituminous material spraying device capable of spraying bituminous material and washing the inside of a line after the spraying by an air pressure from one air tank produced by a vehicle engine as a drive source without using any hydraulic device. SOLUTION: A compressor is driven by a vehicle engine, and the compressed air is accumulated in an air tank and supplied from the air tank to a bituminous material tank. The bituminous material in the tank is passed through a pipe, and sprayed from a spray nozzle fitted to a spray pipe on a road surface. After spraying, compressed air is fed from the air tank to the pipe and the spray pipe to recover the bituminous material remaining in the pipes to the bituminous material tank and to wash clean the insides of the pipes. The spray nozzle is formed so as to wash clean the inside thereof by discharging the bituminous material to the outside by the compressed air.
