PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information correcting and device medium with a recorded program therefor, which correct performance data so as to automatically match with a natural musical instrument. SOLUTION: The information correcting device comprises a memory for recording correction information for correcting information, a detecting means for detecting one data group which cannot be started to musically sound at the same time, among the performance data and a correction means for correcting the data group, which are detected by the detecting means and cannot be started to musically sound at the same time, into plural data groups which can be started to musically sound at the same time, based on the correction information.
