Plug system for the 24 V system has a coding or plug part (1) that prevents connection of a 12 V test system. Both 12 and 24 V plugs have a raised slit along their center, with the 12 V plug having a continuous slit and the 24 V having a break in the middle section. Thus a 24 V plug can plug in a 12 V socket, but not vice versa.
