A porous conductive sheet comprising at least inorganic electrically conductive fibers and inorganic electrically conductive particles, wherein the inorganic electrically conductive particles are flexible. A porous conductive sheet, wherein the inorganic electrically conductive particles are expanded graphite. The porous conductive sheet is less likely to cause its members to be damaged or to come off in the step of forming the sheet or in the process of assembling the sheet into a cell, than the conventional porous conductive sheets. It is also lower in production cost.
