<p>PURPOSE:To support a fuel tank firmly without increasing its weight by providing a contact face of a rear part of the fuel tank and a fixing band mounting point on a cross member supporting a rear differential and clamping the fuel tank between them. CONSTITUTION:A contact face 21 of a fuel tank supporting a bottom surface of a rear part of the fuel tank is formed on a firm rear cross member 2 supporting most of load of a rear differential RD. Moreover, a rear mounting section 30 at one end of a fuel tank fixing band 31 whose the other end is fixed to a front cross member 1 in a front mounting section 29 is fixed to a rear cross member 2 in the vicinity of the contact face 21 of the fuel tank to clamp and fix the fuel tank by them. Consequently, it is possible to support the fuel tank firmly by utilizing highly rigid front and rear cross members 1, 2 and reduce its weight and cost without necessitating a member for forming the contact face 21 of the fuel tank.</p> |
