PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller for performing highly precise control compared with conventional cycle control without generating any higher harmonics. SOLUTION: A command value from a temperature controller 1 is held by a sample/hold part 21 for each half cycle, and the input command value is added to an output error cumulative value by an adding part 24 so that a corrected output can be obtained. Then, the corrected output is compared with a prescribed threshold by a comparing part 25, and when the corrected output is equal to the threshold or greater, a 100[%] output is outputted, and when the corrected output is smaller than the threshold, a 0[%] output is outputted to an SSR3 with a zero-cross function. The deviation between the input command value and the actual output is calculated as an output error by an output error arithmetic part 22, and the output errors are accumulated by an output error accumulating part 23. A control cycle is defined by a half cycle period×n (an integer corresponding to the input command value).
