PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heater excellent in heat insulating property, and materialize the downsizing of the device, reduce the power consumption of itself, and lighten the generation of industrial waste matter. SOLUTION: This heater is equipped with a conveyor 2 which carries a printed board 1, and a heating chamber 3 through which a printed board 1 in carriage of this conveyor 2 passes. Vacuum chambers 12 and 13 for heat insulation are made at the peripheral wall 9 of this heating chamber 3, and also a rib 19 for reinforcing the peripheral wall 9 is fixed.
