Method for producing shaped components (4) with hollows in a press involves introduction of the component material into a die (1) whose bottom is formed by punch (2) with a central movable or stationary element (3), and compressing of this material by top and bottom dies. Also claimed are an apparatus for implementation of the proposed method, and an application of this apparatus for production, in particular, of shaped components consisting of washing, rinsing or cleaning agents.
