PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analgetic effect by far IR rays and a metabolism promotion effect by minus ions with a tape to be directly stuck to the skin of an organism which have not existed. SOLUTION: The charcoal powder adhering sheet piece is constituted by depositing charcoal powder coated with a coating film in the central part of a tacky adhesive surface (1a) of a sheet piece (1) having one surface stickable to the skin and adhering a releasable mount to the tacky adhesive surface side of the sheet piece. The sheet piece which makes it possible to obtain the analgetic effect by far IR rays and the metabolism promotion effect by the minus ions not obtainable heretofore by magnetism and projections, is provided.
