PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group call system that can ensure secrecy and excellent sound quality of communication terminals making a simultaneous call in a group so as to supplement functions deficient in a transceiver. SOLUTION: A PHS terminal 11 is used for a wireless terminal for a group call and connected to a PABX 10 containing a multi-function phone 12, a truck line 13 and a leased line 14 via a wireless channel. The PHS terminal 11 is connected to a group call processing section 25 of its own group registered to a group registration storage section 41 as an own group detection connection 31 through the operation of an own group call request, connected to all group call processing sections 25, 26 as an all group contact 32 through a button operation of a simultaneous contact request during an own group call so as to execute a group speech function such as calling of a communication terminal registered in an individual call destination storage section 42 through an operation of an individual call request and has a PABX function such as an individual incoming call and a group incoming call as an extension terminal of the PABX 10.
