PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing capacity by simplifying the traffic line of seedling boxes and improve the quality of seedlings by preventing the offset of bed soil, or the like, in a seedling box-transshipping apparatus. SOLUTION: This seedling box-transshipping apparatus 1 automatically transships plural seedling boxes 6 loaded on a budding cart 2 to a greening cart 4. The apparatus comprises a budding cart-transferring part 3 where a budding cart 2 to be transshipped is carried in and a budding cart 2 whose transshipping work has been completed is carried out, a greening cart- transferring part 5 where a greening cart 4 to be transshipped is carried in and a greening cart 4 whose transshipping work has been completed is carried out, and a seedling box transshipping part 7 where seedling boxes 6 are taken out from the budding cart 2 in the budding cart-transferring part 3, and the taken out seedling boxes 6 are loaded on the greening cart 4 in the greening cart-transferring part 5. Herein, a seedling box-transshipping traffic line from the budding cart 2 in the budding cart-transferring part 3 to the greening cart 4 in the greening cart-transferring part 5 is made roughly straight when viewed from above.
