PURPOSE: An electronic commerce settlement system and method is provided to accomplish a stable, reliable price payment between purchasers and shopping malls. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce settlement system is comprised of a purchasing device(10), Internet(20), a shopping mall server(30), a settlement intermediation server(40), and a mobile communication service device(50). The purchasing device(10) enables a purchaser to apply for the purchase of goods. The purchasing device(10) is connected with Internet(20). The shopping mall server(30), connected with Internet(20), sells goods to the purchasing device(10). The settlement intermediation server(40), connected with Internet(20), executes the price payment of the goods sold at the shopping mall server(30). The mobile communication service device(50), connected with Internet(20), approves price settlement. The mobile communication service device(50) is connected with the purchasing device(10) through a mobile communication network(60).
