PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film having excellent handleability, a small oligomer precipitate amount, a good transparency and an easy optical inspection. SOLUTION: The mold release film comprises a coating layer and a mold release layer provided on one side surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film. In this case, the coating layer and/or the mold release layer comprise on amino group-containing compound (e.g. H2NC2H4NH-(CH2)3-Si-(OCH3)3). The film satisfies specific conditions of an oligomer amount (OL), a nitrogen content (N), a weight per unit area (Wf), a retardation value (Re) of the biaxially oriented polyester film and a total ray transmittance TL). |
