PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a function gatepost on site by supplying members. SOLUTION: An acceptance groove 4 where an incline part 5 is provided in a pair of standing poles 2 is installed, an interlock member 14a where an inclined part 18 is provided in a center block 10a that is fitted between the standing poles 2 is installed, and a pull screw 6 is screwed into a pull member 14b that is installed in the center block 10a from the standing pole 2 for pulling closer, thus mutually engaging the acceptance groove 4 and the inclined parts 5 and 18 of the connection member 14a in a wedge shape for interlocking the standing poles 2 by the center block 10a, and installing function parts 23 such as lighting that are selected as needed for composing a function gatepost 1.
