PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-storied building capable of securing day lighting even on a steeper slope face land than a conventional one without taking much set-back width of each storey of the multi-storied building and securing sunshine to a main habitable room such as a living room, etc., even on slope face where the sloping line direction of the sloping land faces either direction including a direction from east to west through north. SOLUTION: Day lighting and sunshine inside a multi-storied building 1 from an opening part provided on the front surface side slipped in a multistage form by making the storied building 1 built by using an sloping land in a stagger shaped plane by slipping it in the multistage form in accordance with a span of a framework of the multi-storied building 1 and making it in a solid stagger shape form having stories sequentially set backwith specified intervals for each of the stories.
