摘要 PURPOSE: Lactobacillus acidophilus HY 2177 and Lactobacillus casei HY 2743 having antimicrobial effects on Helicobacter pylori and their lactic acid bacterial preparations are provided. And fermented milk using the same is also provided. Therefore, they can be used in the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related diseases. CONSTITUTION: The microorganisms, Lactobacillus acidophilus HY 2177 and Lactobacillus casei HY 2743, having antimicrobial effects on Helicobacter pylori are isolated by comparing the sizes of inhibition rings between Lactobacillus species containing L. acidophilus HY2105, HY 2177, HY 2109, HY 2185 and HY 2122, L. bulgaricus HY 2345 and HY 2350, L. casei HY 2726, HY 2772 and HY 2743, L. gaceri HY 2992, L. cryspatus HY 2830, L. brevis HY 2505, and L. plantarum HY 2207 and HY 2255 after incubation in brucella agar. The lactic acid bacterial preparations contain the combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus HY 2177 and Lactobacillus casei HY 2743 as active ingredients. The fermented milk contains the combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus HY 2177 and Lactobacillus casei HY 2743 as active ingredients.
