PREPARATION METHOD OF FAR INFRARED EMITTING COMPOSITION COMPRISING ANDESITE AS MAIN MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A preparation method of liquid type far infrared emitting composition comprising andesite as a main material is provided, which is characterized in that the composition is decomposed chemically due to additive and binder, unlike a conventional mechanical decomposition. Accordingly, the composition comprises very fined particles, 20-40nanomicrometer of polymer. CONSTITUTION: The composition is prepared by putting 30-50wt.% of andesite powder(more than 500mesh in particle size) in mixed solution composed of lubricant, additive and binder little by little, then stirring slowly for 24-72 hrs. The lubricant is obtained by dissolving 500g of white sugar into 1000ml of ionized water. The additive comprises 0.4-4wt.% of TiO2, 0.3-3wt.% of NiO and 0.2-2wt.% of AgCl, and the binder comprises 35-45wt.% of Na2SiO3, 10-15wt.% of Na2O2 and 10-20wt.% of Na2CO3.
