PURPOSE: Oil case structure of an electric roaster is provided to filter air sucked by a suction fan to supply sufficiently filtered air to a grill again. CONSTITUTION: Oil case structure of an electric roaster includes: a lower case(2) having a motor(3) and a suction fan(4); a lower oil case(5) mounted on a side of the lower case to be slidable to outside, having air sucked by the suction fan, injected thereinto; an upper case(7) mounted on the lower case, having a grill(11); and an upper oil case(13) connected to the upper case to store a large amount of oil dropped from oil drain holes(12) of the grill, and mounted to be slidable to outside. A large amount of oil flows into the upper oil case through the oil drain holes of the grill when meat is roasted. Most of the oil flows into the upper oil case while a relatively small amount of oil flows into the lower oil case by the suction fan. Thereby, a large amount of oil does not flow into the lower oil case from the grill. The water surface in the lower oil case is not covered by the thick oil layer. The contact between water and oil is maximized when a relatively small amount of oil and air including impurities is injected to the water surface of the lower oil case. Therefore, the air is maximally cooled and filtered by water to the maximum.
