PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance working efficiency by improving the workability of pipe removal, etc., necessary when a tank on lower side is drawn out and is subjected to maintenance. SOLUTION: Piping 118 for treating liquid transfer connecting a dissolution tank 104 and a stock tank 110 is divided to piping 118A and piping 118B which are made easily attachable and detachable and therefore a plane space part parallel to the sliding movement of the stock tank 110 is formed between the dissolution tank 104 and the stock tank 110 in pipe removal, by which the preparatory work (sliding movement work) for the maintenance of the stock tank 110 may be easily carried out and eventually the maintenance working efficiency may be improved.
