PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag which is capable of being manufactured with high productivity in the same process as that of manufacturing an ordinary self-supporting bag, which has favorable self-supporting properties and air permeability, which is effciently stored and transported in a space-saving state after it is filled with contents, and which is also excellent in a display effect at a store. SOLUTION: The bag 100 is formed into a shape having a gusset portion 7 provided at a lower part thereof. That is, after a bottom face film is folded inwardly, cut-off parts 6, 6 of the bottom face film are provided in the vicinity of lower ends of wall face films 1 on both fore and rear sides of the bag, respectively, and the bottom face film is inserted between the lower parts of the wall face films 1. Both the side parts of the bottom face film and the lower edge parts of the wall face films are heat-sealed at a bottom seal part 3, respectively, thus forming a bottom in the state of such a shape. In this case, the bottom seal part 3 is provided with non-sealed parts 10a, 10b, 10c at the lower edge thereof to use them as venting holes. Further, both side edges of the fore and rear wall face films 1 are heat-sealed at side seal parts 4, 4 to form a body of the bag. Moreover, it is preferable that easily unsealable means such as notches 8, 8 are provided at an unsealing position of the bag 100.
