PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation panel with improved durability by preventing corrosion of a back plate part. SOLUTION: This sound insulation panel is formed by containing a sound absorbing material 8 in a hollow body 7 formed by a front plate part 1 having many openings 11, a back plate part 2 having sound insulation, a side face plate part 3, a right face plate part 4, an upper face plate part 5 and a lower face plate part 6. In this panel, the upper plate part 5 is formed as a slope inclined from the back side toward the front like a shed roof. Rain water flows down along the upper face plate part 5 to the front side, and does not flows to the back side, whereby corrosion of the back face plate part 2 due to rainwater can be prevented.
