PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical package wherein a plurality of medical instruments requiring different methods for sterilization are enclosed. SOLUTION: A temporary packaging material having an opening and composed of a gas-permeable material is prepared first of all. A primary packaging material 5 having an opening and composed of a gas-barriering material and a first matter 6 to be sterilized by wet sterilization are put in the temporary packaging material. Then, the opening of the temporary packaging material is sealed up and the wet sterilization is applied. The opening of the primary packaging material 5 is sealed up while being housed in the temporary packaging material, and the primary package 4 with the first matter 6 to be sterilized enclosed therein is obtained. After that, the primary package 4 and a second matter 7 to be sterilized by gas sterilization are enclosed in a secondary packaging material 3 made of a gas-permeable material, and thereby a secondary package 2 is made up. Then the medical package 1 can be obtained with the gas sterilization applied to the secondary package 2.
