PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an easy and accurate cleaning operation by preventing a function breakdown caused by the carelessness or the like of a user in a cleaning disk for cleaning off dusts or the like stuck to the lens, the magnetic head or the like of an optical disk driving device. SOLUTION: In a cleaning disk 1 having a read-in area 15, a program area 17 and a UTOC area 16, and provided to clean off dusts or the like stuck to the lens 13 or the magnetic head 9 of the optical pickup 12 of an optical disk driving device, a plurality of tracks disabled from information rewriting/adding in the program area are disposed, a proper message signal such as voice guidance or the like regarding cleaning work is recorded in a track 17b positioned in an outer peripheral side among the plurality of tracks of the program area, a lens cleaning member is disposed in a track 17a positioned inside the track having the message signal recorded therein.
