PURPOSE: Provided is a speaking billboard containing a voice storing device, which can perform visible and audible three-dimensional advertisement by recording voice of stars and general voices which stores want. CONSTITUTION: The speaking billboard comprises a voice signal input part, a data converting part for converting the input analogue voice signal into a digital signal, a memory part(3) for storing the converted data, a play part(4) for playing the stored digital data, and a control part(2) containing a microprocessor. The speaking billboard senses approach of customers by a sensor(1) and transmits the sensed signal to the control part(2). The control part(2) outputs the voice data for advertisement, stored previously in the memory part(3), through the play part(4) and a speaker(5).
