<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize low jitter, to conduct stable oscillation operation in a wide frequency zone area. SOLUTION: The delay time of two delay circuits is dependently decided by the central frequency adjusting circuit regarding the circuit constituted of two delay circuits 10A, 10B and an addition circuit 10C as a basic cell, at the same time, respective output amplitudes are controlled at a fixed value. The output signal outputted from two delay circuits 10A, 10B is multiplied by addition ratio coefficient, added. Thereby, the delay time per basic cell can be set over wide range. A ring type VCO outputting low jitter signal and conducting stable oscillation over wide frequency zone area by connecting plural basic cell in series, can be realized.</p> |
