The invention concerns a scraper arm (1) comprising a closed chain (2) driving via a clutch shaft (4) at least first scraping means (3) and at the rear a second scraping means including at least a scraping tool such as a blade, the pivoting scraping tool (18) linked to the first scraping means (3p) being locked in operation on the second scraping means. The first scraping means (3) comprises at least a variable working surface (19, 19i). The invention is useful for scraping a heap of bulk and sticky raw materials and/or solid fuels (15) stored along at least one wall.
